Antić is working for more than 9 years in IT industry and last 5 years is active as certified HP and Microsoft trainer. He has gained HP ASI, ASE, MASE in Storage and Proliants and SNIA SCSE as well as Microsoft MCSE. All together he has delivered more than 500 storage training and consulting days in different countries (EEM, Greece, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and other ME countries). He is continuously dedicated to the improvement of his knowledge (participating at different conferences and TTTs), as additional activity he is also a co-author of different HP books and training materials.

He has been working more than 8 years as IT engineer and last 4 years he is active as HP (HP CI) and Novell Linux (CNI) trainer. He is continuously involved in projects of designing and implementation of different platform systems, which gives him a strong benefit while working as a trainer. He has gained LPI and New CLP certificates, as well as HP CSA/CSE on Unix system. He has delivered more than 200 different UX courses and trained more than 500 students. He was involved in bigger training projects (HP ES EEM, Cyprus Telekom, Saudi cable Co., Almarai Company Ltd., Compaq Saudi Arabia, Oman Insurance Company, NCS Mideast, Khaldiya Electronics, Kuwait KDCC and others).

Zorc has around 20 years of IT working experience mainly gained in the UK (and some in Slovenia), where he was exposed to ITIL best practices implemented at various levels in different organizations. He is currently working as a trainer/consultant for IT (OpenVMS) and ITIL. During the years he has been involved in the different ITIL implementations projects in UK - British Gas – Centrica, Cap Gemini - Citibank project, Sumitomo Bank, Reuters, Iggesund Paperboard, Sea Containers. He was conducting the risk assessment and analysis, managing the project of implementation of Business Continuity – IT Service Continuity process for the business critical applications, Reviewing and suggesting changes to existing SLAs following the changes in overnight batch processing and backup procedures and many others. He also was providing training, knowledge database, working instructions and escalation procedures to IT operations (out-of-hours support) and Service desk (office hours) to deal with incidents. Besides the delivery of ITIL and HP Service desk training, V. Zorc is an active member of the itSMF chapter, the leader of the project team of developing Slovene ITIL Glossary, proof reading of different expert documentation.
