Certification - Partner training - Service qualification

Skilled to lead. Trained to win.

HP Partner Learning provides training that helps you put knowledge into action. If you work for an HP partner or an HP authorized self maintainer, take advantage of HP Partner Learning and move your career to the next level.

Training is available via The Learning Center and requires that you obtain access to the Train & certify section of your regional partner portal. (Partner portal login and password required.)

Get started – For partners

Do you work for an HP partner or an HP authorized self maintainer? Are you interested in obtaining your HP Learner ID and pursuing partner learning, HP certification or HP service qualification? Then follow this link!

Your first step is to gain access to your regional partner portal and "The Learning Center".

"The Learning Center" is accessible via the "Train & certify" section on your partner portal. Once you sign in to your partner portal, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Train & certify" link on the left navigation bar. On your first visit, click on the link provided. Then agree to the program Terms & Conditions by checking BOTH boxes and submitting. Note: Please allow 3 business days to gain access to the "Train & certify" pages and acquire your HP Learner ID.

2. Once you have access to the "Train & certify" section of your partner portal, you can visit The Learning Center by clicking on the "Access The Learning Center" link under the "Quick links" section.

Your HP Learner ID

An HP Learner ID is your key to the world of HP certification, service qualification and partner training. This ID is required to register for any exams or when there is a need to move your personal learning history from a former employer to a present employer.

Your learning history

If you have established a learning history with HP, your personal learning history can be found in The Learning Center. Once you have acquired access to The Learning Center, instructions for locating your learning history can be found by clicking on the "Finding my learning history" link under the “Guides” section of the Train & certify home page.
